Last Week, i shimmied to Billyburg to catch one of my favorite westcoasters to date: The Beat Konducta himself, Madlib.

'twas only a dj set, which included a crate full of new production...so, fine.

J Rocc was a maestro on the tables. Im talking superhero turntablist - but, you knew that already. ha!

Oh, and an interesting cameo [ he performed 4 or 5 tracks ] from Gary, Indiana's own Freddie Gibbs.

Good times.
