"The current owners of Adventures in Publishing (the company which publishes Grafik) have decided to liquidate the company, so unfortunately we are unable to print the magazine for the foreseeable future."

It'll truly be missed. Though, being more of a general back-issue dude myself, Grafik will continue to cater to my 'cool shit other people are doing' intake for a looooooong time.

My very first Ebay experience was indeed victorious.

I bid on a batch [ issues #3 -#13 ] of the classic Avant Garde Magazine which in all ran 15 issues from 1968 to 1971.

I'd like to go on & on geeking about the history and awesomeness that this magazine is but its best to give Duane King [ of Thinking For A Living ] that honor.

Sunday i headed to Queens for the 2009 NY Art Book Fair @ PS1. There were so many trees put to such great use i just couldnt ask for more. But, i did - because i got there an hour before it ended....meaning i improperly went through 3 floors of publicational pussy:
